Theresa Evanoff is a global leader in venture, innovation, and growth strategy with a career spanning two decades across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. She brings a rare combination of executive leadership, startup advisory expertise, and international scaling experience that makes her a trusted partner to entrepreneurs and investors alike.

Her international career includes launching accelerators for German Accelerator Southeast Asia and Moody’s for Startups (Singapore), where she advised early-stage companies on growth strategies, market entry, and investor readiness. Theresa also founded a social enterprise in Singapore and previously held senior roles including

Regional Go-to-Market Strategy Director at Motorola Mobility (covering APAC, MEA, and Europe) and Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia.

Most recently, Theresa served as Executive Director of The Firehood, a leading Canadian angel investment network advancing women in tech. In this role, she sourced and evaluated high-potential deal flow, supported portfolio founders, and invested personally, demonstrating her commitment to both driving returns and creating inclusive impact.

Having recently returned to Canada after 20 years abroad, Theresa is passionate about sustainability, inclusive innovation, and impact investing. She leverages her global perspective and venture ecosystem expertise to help Canadian companies scale internationally, while connecting international businesses to Canadian opportunities.
